Easy & Quick Homemade Coconut Milk

Ingredients

  • 2 cups unsweetened desiccated/shredded coconut

  • 3-4 cups of warm filtered water

Steps

  1. Add ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend on high until smooth and creamy (I heat up, but not boil, the water in a kettle for creamy end result).

  2. Strain using nut bag or cheese cloth (I like using a fine mesh strainer with an added cheese cloth over the top).

  3. Pour into a mason jar and enjoy! Can be stored for 3-4 days in the fridge.
