Berry Smoothie

Serves 4

Ingredients

  • 750 ml liquid of choice (e.g. organic plain goat kefir, coconut yoghurt, almond milk etc.)

  • 1 banana

  • 1 avocado

  • 250 grams organic frozen berries

  • favorite add-ins include: chia seeds, flaxseeds, hemp seeds, camu camu powder and collagen peptides

Steps

  1. Add liquid and then all the other ingredients into a high speed blender.

  2. Blend until smooth and creamy and enjoy!
